Refund policy

THE EXCHANGE PROTOCOL

At JOAN ALVI, we build for the streets and design for the individual. Because our drops are limited and small-batch, we handle returns with intent.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Fit is Priority: We only accept returns for Size Exchanges. If the silhouette isn't sitting right, we’ll swap it for the correct size.
Condition: Garments must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed state with all tags attached and returned in the given Zipper bag.
Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange request.

REFUND POLICY
The Process: Refunds are only issued if a replacement size is out of stock.
Timeline: Once your return is picked up and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment source.

STANDARD TERMS
Damages: If your piece arrives with a defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable: All Sale items, limited "Drop 001" archives, and accessories are final sale.
